Rebekah Schaub began playing horn in her first year of high  school.  Self-taught until college, Rebekah entered the studio of Brian O’Connor at UCLA.  In 2003 she completed a Bachelor of Arts in music performance with an emphasis on orchestral horn. 

Fleeing the California sunshine, she moved to Vancouver, WA    and has since performed with numerous local ensembles including the Newport Symphony Orchestra, Oregon Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra, and the Oregon East Symphony.
